  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999 (or as per ongoing promotions).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this amount or for certain delivery locations.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional COD fee mentioned at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link on our website or the courier partner’s portal.

  • If you experience any issues while tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at your address.

  • If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within India only.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon — updates will be shared on our website and social media pages.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

  • We will investigate and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve it promptly.
