1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Accessories or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order products


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at [your email address] or WhatsApp us at [your contact number] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include product images (if damaged or defective).

  3. Once approved, our team will share the return shipping instructions.

  4. Products must be packed securely and shipped back to the address provided.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability.

  • If your preferred size or product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided instead.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
